On arrival you will be met and taken to your hotel, the noble Country Club Lima. Welcome Pisco Sour at the bar followed by dinner at the Summum-awarded restaurant Perroquet with authentic Peruvian dishes.

Today explore the colonial and modern part of Lima. Make a break at Limas oldest “Bar Cordano” for a sandwich with Peru's specialty “jamón del pais“. Enjoy tapas in Barranco followed by coffee & small desert in a traditional café.

Witness the wide variety of fresh foods on a local market before you attend a cooking class with Peruvian and international cuisine. After the class you enjoy what you have cooked! Take your time to shop special spices and herbs (not included) in a shop for Peruvian products and specialties while tasting a snack or a nice cup of coffee.

Transfer to the airport and flight to Iquitos in the northern Amazon region. You will be met and transferred to Nauta to embark at M/V Aria Amazon for a 5 days/4 nights Amazon luxury experience. Stay in air-conditioned Design suites with generous picture windows facing the Amazon River, private bathroom & full board.

Spend your days exploring the Amazon jungle to learn about wildlife habitats and ecosystems, capture Peruvian birds, Manatees and Taricaya turtles on films and photos, relax on the observation deck,  cap off your day with a sunset cocktail and taste innovative Amazonian cuisine created by Executive Chef Pedro Miguel Schiaffino.

In the morning you will visit a local fresh market and the Manatee Rescue Center before you return to Iquitos for your flight via Lima to Cusco. On arrival you will be met and taken to hotel Belmond Monasterio, located inside an ancient monastery where historic charm meets modern twist.

Drive to the Sacred Valley to visit the traditional indigenous market of Pisac and explore Ollantaytambo, the last stand of the Incas in their defense against the Spanish conquerors. Enjoy a unique seven course lunch at Hacienda Sarapampa and overnight at Inkaterra Hacienda Urubamba, offering gorgeous views of the valley and the imposing mountains.

Spend your day visiting the Potato Park, where everything evolves about the origin of the potato and the rich diversity Peru has to offer. Lunch is included.

Take the elegant Sacred Valley train to Machu Picchu. Visit the famous Inca Citadel upon arrival. Enjoy lunch at Sanctuary lodge before you return to Cusco. Spend the night at beautiful Belmond Monasterio.

Enjoy a walking tour of Cusco and its bohemian district San Blas. Take in the colonial and Inca sites of this cultural mélange. Then explore the Coricancha temple as well as the ruins of Sacsayhuaman, one of the best examples of Inca construction techniques. Wrap up the evening with à la carte dining at the elegant MAP Café.  

Transfer to the airport and flight to Lima. On arrival you will be met and transferred along the Panamericana Sur to Ica, 300km south of Lima. Arrive at Viñas Queirolo, the only hotel in Peru midst the vineyards at Ica valley. Take a walk through the hotel´s own vineyards and witness the house-made Intipalka wine.

Today visit the oldest vineyard in Peru. Enjoy the winery and taste international high quality wines and piscos. Continue to Paracas and stay at Hotel Paracas, A Luxury Collection resort at Paracas bay.

Spend the morning visiting the Ballestas Islands (Seat-in) by speed boat. The Islands are home of thousands of different birds, as well as sea lions, cormorants, pelicans and penguins.  Relax at the main pool area furnished with cushioned deck chairs and poolside cabins, enjoy the spacious SPA area or sip a Pisco Sour at the Bar Lounge.

After breakfast you will return to Lima airport (seat-in, without guide) to take your flight back home.
