Today explore the historical site of Huaca Pucllana. Enjoy haute cuisine at the site’s restaurant while taking in 1500-year-old views. Afternoon at leisure to explore the bohemian district Barranco, home of several well-known Peruvian artists.

Spend the morning relaxing at your hotel. In the afternoon get to know downtown Lima with its colonial heart and the famed Larco Museum. Housed in an elegant mansion, the museum hosts the world’s largest private collection of Pre-Colombian art. Your dinner is served at the museum’s top notch restaurant.

Flight to Cusco and private transfer to the Sacred Valley. Visit the traditional indigenous market of Pisac and undertake a short visit to the sanctuary Cochahuasi Wasi to see Pumas, Condors and Aras. Enjoy a unique lunch at a Hacienda and overnight at Belmond Rio Sagrado.

Spend the morning exploring the salt mines of Maras and the agricultural terraces of Moray. Continue to Ollantaytambo, the last stand of the Incas in their defense against the Spanish conquerors.

Flight via Lima to Iguassu. Overnight at beautiful Belmond Das Cataratas, uniquely located inside the National Park.

Enjoy sweeping panoramic views of the falls from the Brazilian side. Continue to the Argentine side and stroll along the upper and lower circuits for spectacular views, be awed by the famous Devil’s Throat, and enjoy the tropical vegetation and wildlife chattering parrots and colourful butterflies.

Flight to Rio de Janeiro. On arrival you will be met and taken to your hotel, the famous Belmond Copacabana Palace.

Board the cog-wheel train through the Tijuca Forest up to the top of Corcovado mountain, with its iconic statue of Christ the Redeemer. Enjoy the lush vegetation at the Botanical garden in the South Zone of Rio, showing the diversity of Brazilian and foreign flora.

Today enjoy a private tour of downtown Rio de Janeiro. Then drive up through Flamengo Park to the famous Sugar Loaf mountain and take in splendid vistas from the top. In the afternoon visit the bohemian neighbourhood Santa Teresa.

You will be taken back to Rio / international departure.
