SAT - Sales Office North America
We opened our 'Sales Office North America' in New York back in 1985.
Marlene Schwartz, formerly head of the US office of the Brazilian Tourism Authority (Embratur), has been running it from the beginning as VP Sales North America. Main objective of the office is to promote SAT services to the North America Trade, provide itinerary suggestions and promotional material, make presentations and training sessions on the destinations and give immediate assistance in all phases of a program.
In 2014, Katja Ciprijan joined SAT to expand our portfolio of product offerings focusing on special interest programs such as art & culture, natural wonders, food & wine, hiking & trekking, and music, to name a few. These unique and distinctive itineraries are designed for an upscale clientele inspired by travel as a learning experience, and interested in an in-depth exploration of the areas they visit . Linda Patterson joined the team to expand the company's outreach to the professional trade organizations that specialize in organizing incentives, meetings, conferences and events.
